Gloria and Vivianne Resign! (Blogswarm)
The raging woman is Vivianne Yuchengco, a Makati stockbroker who is often mis-identified as a daughter of taipan Alfonso Yuchengco.
Alfonso Yuchengco has enough problems without being accused of fathering Vivianne.
Seven years ago, Vivianne, wearing an “Erap Resign” headband, led a walkout of traders at the Makati Stock exchange.
Several months ago, she called for snipers to end the Manila Peninsula stand-off.
Yesterday, she vented her ire at the Makati Business Club because they asked for the resignation of Lito Atienza and Romy Neri, co-conspirators in the plot to silence Jun Lozada.
“We are a business club we are not in politics,” she said.
Vivianne is apolitical these days.
She is close to Gloria and even closer to Mike.
She should resign.
“From what?” you might ask.
I say, “From whatever and everything. She’s an unpleasant experience.”

Yes, she uses her mother’s name to make people feel she’s of her wealthier uncle Alfonso Yuchengco’s branch. She married Teddy Boy Locsin, but that marriage was annulled.
Manuel B: PEP is Pacific Education Plans, which moved its assets to another Yuchengco corporation and left the original company as a shell with hardly any funds left, thereby allowing the original company to avoid having to pay the educational insurance obligations to its policy holders. I believe the policyholders sued the company for fraud, but I’m not aware if that’s been resolved.
