Mr. C-5 denied any guilt or involvement in this C-5 issue. That he never benefited from it. But when confronted by reporters, he said that in fact it was the government who still owed him. Because he still had a balance due him for the right of way? If so, then he profited.

Manny Villar said that a leader must have the integrity to lead the country. Villar said “integrity” is one quality that he inherited from his mother.
He said his mother taught him to work hard and not to steal and wait until he has the opportunity to have what he wants.

Perhaps, our senators should read this simple dialogue so they can make up their minds with regad to the legality or illegality of Villar’s C5Taga insertion..

Their brains are so warped by legal gobbledygooks, a simplification of the entire process should be good for them.
